CK 999 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the CK 999 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser or any other means — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use CK 999.

These terms apply to all users of the CK 999 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered account holders who play games and transact money. Using CK 999 in any capacity constitutes acceptance. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CK 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CK 999 does not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, trust, partnership or other legal entity — acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a CK 999 employee, contractor, agent or a close relative of any of the above.
• You must not be accessing CK 999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of CK 999 is lawful in your location.
• You must be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement under applicable law.

CK 999 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by users who did not meet eligibility requirements will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one CK 999 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. CK 999 may, at any time, require you to verify the details provided. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CK 999 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. CK 999 will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact CK 999 support immediately.

• One account per person, per mobile number and per device.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted or assigned.
• You must notify CK 999 of any changes to your registered contact details promptly.
• CK 999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC or other valid identification.

4. Deposits

All deposits on CK 999 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CK 999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification as part of CK 999's anti-money-laundering obligations.

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account is not permitted.
• Deposits made to CK 999 wallets are for use on the platform only. They are not held in a separate trust account but are credited to your CK 999 balance for gaming activity.
• CK 999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits that fail due to technical issues on the payment provider's side will be investigated and resolved. Contact support with the transaction reference number.
• CK 999 reserves the right to refuse a deposit at its discretion, for example where fraud or money-laundering concerns arise.

5. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available CK 999 balance to any payment method you have used to deposit, provided that the method remains registered in your name. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawal requests for standard accounts are typically processed within a few hours. VIP members benefit from expedited processing. CK 999 does not guarantee specific processing times as these are also dependent on payment provider schedules.
• Before your first withdrawal, CK 999 may require identity and payment method verification. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not applied selectively.
• Bonus funds are generally not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are completed. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• CK 999 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these terms. You will be notified of any such hold.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

CK 999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general conditions below.

• Bonuses are credited to your CK 999 balance and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• One bonus per player, per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the promotion terms. Not all bonuses apply to all game types.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to account suspension.
• CK 999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes where possible.
• VIP Club cashback and weekly rebate bonuses are governed by the terms specific to each VIP tier as published on the VIP Club page.

7. Gameplay and Fair Play

CK 999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• All game outcomes on CK 999 are determined by certified random number generators or by physical card dealing in the live dealer studio. Results are not influenced by bet sizes, account history or any other variable.
• Players must not use any automated system, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform. Use of such tools is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — is strictly prohibited. CK 999 monitors multi-player games for patterns consistent with collusion.
• Chip dumping, intentional game manipulation and any other form of cheating are prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.
• CK 999 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical malfunction on the platform. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue, CK 999 will determine the outcome based on the game state at the time of the interruption and its own technical records.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are available within each game's interface on CK 999.

8. Referral Programme

The CK 999 Refer a Friend programme allows existing registered players to earn rewards by inviting friends to register and play. The following conditions govern participation:

• Self-referrals — referring yourself through a second account or any other means — are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and account suspension.
• Referring the same person multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts on either side of the referral is prohibited.
• Referral bonuses are paid only when the referred player registers through your unique referral link, meets the minimum deposit requirement and is verified as a genuine new player by CK 999's systems.
• Ongoing commission is calculated on the referred player's deposits and paid according to the rate published on the referral programme page. CK 999 reserves the right to adjust commission rates with notice.
• CK 999 may withhold referral payments pending investigation of referral integrity. Payments confirmed as legitimate will be released promptly.

9. VIP Club

The CK 999 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation in and benefits from the VIP Club are subject to the following:

• VIP tier progression is based on deposit and wagering activity over rolling time periods. The specific thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP Club page.
• VIP benefits — including cashback, withdrawal priority, exclusive tables and account management — are available to players who meet and maintain the qualifying activity level for their tier.
• CK 999 reserves the right to review a player's VIP tier at any time, including downgrading or removing VIP status if the qualifying activity thresholds are no longer being met.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited in PKR to the player's wallet. Cashback amounts are not subject to additional wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise.
• CK 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP Club programme with reasonable notice to affected players.

10. Responsible Gaming

CK 999 takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated from the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take breaks.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days if you need a break. During this period you cannot log in or place bets on CK 999.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop gambling entirely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Re-registration during a self-exclusion period will be refused.

11. Privacy and Data

• By registering on CK 999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
• CK 999 uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect player data and financial information.
• CK 999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and compliance partners as necessary to operate the platform and meet regulatory obligations.
• You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data held by CK 999. Submit such requests via the support team.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

CK 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons, among others:

1. Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information.
3. Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
4. Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity involving the CK 999 platform.
5. Bonus abuse, including self-referral, multi-accounting or any form of exploitation of promotional offers.
6. Use of automated tools, bots or scripts in connection with the platform.
7. Any behaviour that CK 999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of account suspension, CK 999 will communicate with the affected player via their registered contact details. Where a suspension relates to a suspected breach under investigation, funds may be held pending the outcome of that investigation. Confirmed breaches may result in forfeiture of the held balance.

Players may close their own CK 999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CK 999 limits its liability to players as follows:

• CK 999 is not liable for any loss of funds, data or opportunity arising from technical failures, service interruptions or errors that are beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• CK 999 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms, including but not limited to losses from bonus forfeiture or account suspension resulting from a breach.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that causes an incorrect game result or incorrect payout, CK 999 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly. Where funds have already been withdrawn on the basis of an incorrect result, CK 999 may recover the overpayment.
• CK 999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
• Nothing in these terms limits CK 999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

CK 999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a change is made, the date shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect when the new version took effect.

For significant changes — those that materially affect player rights or obligations — CK 999 will notify registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use CK 999 after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any change, you may close your account before the change takes effect and receive your balance via standard withdrawal. Closing your account after a change has taken effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
